Boise Hosts 1-Day Tournament: Spuds Classic

BOISE, Idaho – The Spuds Classic was held here on May 12 at Willow Lane Sports Complex.

Eight teams, split into two divisions, competed in the tournament, playing a full three-game round robin to determine the champion.

In the four-team Men’s 50/55 Gold Division, WPI/Wilson & Sons (ID) took first place, posting a perfect 3-0 record. JayCo/ISP (ID) was runner-up going 2-1, while Silverbacks/All Health (ID) finished third with a 1-2 record. Locked & Loaded (ID) rounded out the four-team division.

Codgers (ID) went perfect in the Men’s 60/65/70 Gold Division, going 3-0, to take the top spot; while East/West Aircraft Two (ID) placed second with a 2-1 mark. Codgers/BCT (ID) finished third at 1-2, while Olive Garden/Team Idaho rounded out the four-team division.
