Cruise on the River Danube in Budapest, feast on a Gypsy dinner, play ball in the famous wine village of Szentendre and get a personal tour from our host ballplayers of their picturesque town, and in Prague you’ll have a chance to explore this magical city of bridges, cathedrals, gold-tipped towers and church domes, has been mirrored in the surface of the swan-filled Vltava River for more than ten centuries.

The CARIBBEAN CLASSIC Returns in 2022!

SSUSA is pleased to announce the return of an international tournament to be held February 2022 on the beautiful island of Hispaniola.  This second Caribbean Classic will feature one or two SSUSA teams assembled from the USA and Canada playing against local senior softball teams from the Dominican Republic, and possibly a team from Venezuela.

SSUSA players and their guests will be staying at the Bavaró Bárcelo Palace all-inclusive beachfront resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.  The resort has agreed to waive its usual day use fee and allow two local Dominican teams to come onto its access-controlled grounds and play against our SSUSA players on its beautiful ballfield, located just 50 yards from the beach.

Save the Date: March 17-29, 2022

Journey Down Under to New Zealand and experience the scenic magic captured the imagination of millions in the “Lord of the Rings,” which was filmed on New Zealand’s South Island.  Ride a jet boat, enjoy a Maori feast, take a gondola to the top of a towering mountain, visit a traditional New Zealand sheep farm.

And there is much, much more to see and experience on both the North and South Islands – including playing softball against some talented New Zealand teams!  This will be the trip of a lifetime!

Be on the lookout for more information on the Eighth Annual Pacific Rim Championships in Vancouver, BC, Canada (August 30 – September 4, 2022 – Dates to be confirmed Summer of 2021), a Hawaiian Cruise scheduled for Fall of 2022, as well as the Third Annual International Co-Ed Division, set to take place during the World Championships in Las Vegas, Oct. 2 – 3, 2021.
