Jessica Arce sings the National Anthem at Opening Ceremonies of the 22nd Annual Western National Champion ships at Foskett Regional Park in Lincoln on Friday, Aug. 1. Jessica has sung the National Anthem at both MLB and NBA games in Sacramento.
