Tournament Format

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

This is a "Ring Option" tournament.

Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets, or other tourney formats.

To get a roster go to www.isasoftball.com – click on line roster, then print roster. Roster does not have to be signed but all players must be listed. Players can sign when they get to the tournament.

Thursday evening (July 28th) at 6:30 PM at the DONNER CENTER. Team Registration (Managers only) is from 5:00-6:30 PM before the Manager meeting.

NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the first pitch of the first game for each team. New players MUST be added as of the Managers Meeting. NO on-site NEW player additions are allowed.  No Exceptions. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, MUST check-in with Field Director before they are allowed to play.
