Tournament Format

Note: The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

All winners qualify for the 2009 Tournament of Champions!

Format:
This is a ring tournament. 5 scheduled games, pool play into D.E. or 3-Game-Guarantee elimination brackets

All teams east of the Mississippi River – except women’s teams, Men’s 40 Masters and 80 Division teams – must play in a 2008 season qualifier (which includes the 2007 Winter Nationals, Winter Worlds and Southwest Championships) in order to play in the Eastern Nationals.

$475, payment must be received by July 18, 2008.

Please Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of 3 or fewer teams within one age level and/or one skill level. SSWC will make every effort to notify managers when divisions have to be combined.

Managers Meeting:
The day before play begins at 7 pm at the Holiday Inn Brownstone. Team registration (managers only) is from 5 pm - 7 pm before each Managers Meeting. For Men’s and Women’s 40: SSUSA will contact you with information on your Managers Meeting.
