Entry Fee: $550 (Entry fee discount option available)

Deadline: Entry fee payment and completed online roster must be received by: July 21, 2009

Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Tournament Format

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level. SSWC will make every effort to notify managers when divisions have to be combined.

This is a "Ring Option" Tournament.

Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets

Entry Eligibility Note

All teams West of the Mississippi River (except Women's teams and Men's 80's and 40-Masters teams) must first play in a 2009 Senior Softball Season qualifier or Regional Championship Series event (which includes the 2008 Winter National's and Winter World's) to be eligible to enter the 2009 Western Nationals.
