Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.
Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.
Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.
This is a "Ring Award" Tournament. All Women and Men's 60+ and Younger: Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets. (Sessions #1 and #3 run 3 Days) Men's 65+ and Older: Six games minimum scheduled, with four Round Robin games into Double Elimination brackets. (Session #2 runs 4 Days) All teams except Women’s teams 50 and over and Men’s teams 80 and over – must play in a 2013 season qualifier (which includes the 2012 Winter Nationals and Winter Worlds) in order to play in the LVSSA/SSUSA World Masters Championships

Thursday, Sept. 26 5-7 pm at the Boulder Station Casino and Hotel Manager Registration Managers for the Men’s 55 and 60 Division, and Women’s 50, 55, 60, 65 and 70 Divisions register and receive their programs and schedules anytime between 5-7 pm at the Headquarters Boulder Station Casino and Hotel. 7 pm at the Boulder Station Casino and Hotel Managers Meeting Managers for the Men’s 55 and 60 Division, and Women’s 50, 55, 60, 65 and 70 Divisions meet at the Boulder Station Casino and Hotel. Noon-1 pm at Big League Dreams Opening Ceremonies & Hall of Fame Inductions There will be a Parade of Players, National Anthem, Color Guard and induction ceremonies into the National Senior Softball Hall of Fame for Vern Fowler, Rick Perez, Audie Hollis & Bill Cameron. In addition, the special Steve Simmons Sportsmanship Award will be presented to Hannington 55s of Massachusetts, chosen as the best sportsmen of 2013. Saturday, Sept. 28 8 am at all fields the Games Begin Elimination games played at all fields throughout the day. Sunday, Sept. 29 8 am at all fields - Awards Presented Today is the culmination of play for the 55 and 60 Men’s Division, and 50-70 Women’s Divisions. The evening before play begins at 7:00 PM at the Boulder Station Headquarters Hotel in the Railhead room. Team registration (Managers only) from 5:00-7:00 PM before the Manager Meeting. NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions.
