Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.
Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.
Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.
This is a "Ring Award" Tournament. All Women and Men's 60+ and Younger: Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets. (Sessions #1 and #3 run three days) Men's 65+ and Older: Six games minimum scheduled, with four-game Round Robin into Double Elimination brackets. (Session #2 runs four days) All teams except Women’s teams 50+ and over and Men’s teams 80+ and over – must play in a 2014 Season qualifier (which includes the 2013 Winter Nationals and Winter Worlds) in order to play in the LVSSA/SSUSA World Masters Championships In order to Qualify for Triple Grand Slam, you must attend this Tournament!

The evening before play begins at 7PM at Boulder Station Hotel and Casino in the Railhead Room. Team Registration (managers only) is from 5PM-7PM before each Managers Meeting.
