Discussion: RECLASSIFYING A TEAM/AND OR PLAYERS

How does a team/players petition to get reclassified to a lower rating? Doc's/Ernie's/Schone's out of Ohio struggled last year playing 60 Major Plus (our first year as 60; played as 55 the years before)as we lost several players to age. Several of our players (5 or 6) were not 60 and won't be for a couple of years. The remaining players and new ones we picked up last year couldn't compete at the top level. As every team in the eastern US knows there are not many rated Major Plus teams. We would like to play at the major level to see how we fare. Any ideas how to petition for a team or players to get reclassified? I'm not the coach, just a player wondering if Doc's doesn't field a team what are the remaining players options. Thanks.
