Discussion: Shadow Rock Complex

We played on Shadow Rock field #2 and not only was it weed infested, had clumpy, un-mowed "grass", huge dirt areas in the outfield, and trash everywhere on the field (cigarette butts, water bottle caps and God knows what else...), there were holes and other hazards as well. Fields 1 and 2 are flat out dangerous to play on. Throw in the ridiculous wind in Vegas this time of year and it makes playing there not a whole lot of fun.

We were able to take BP this weekend on the soccer fields. There is only a limited amount of usable BP space so get your team there early.

Balls hit off the fence/net were live. HRs had to clear the top of the fence. As you know one of the fields has a short porch and a lot of balls ended up in the Shopping Center's loading dock area.
