If I am reading this correctly, Bats Unlimited offered a signature, and Big Mike declined? If you were going to be home "anyway" why not get a signature??? If I am correct, that is an extra cost from the shipper and it doesnt sound like they were extending that cost to you. Big Mike said he learned a lesson, but from his actions, I would say he hasnt learned anything. Bats Unlimited has zero responsibility in this. Sorry for your loss, Mike (and Im a big supporter of WW's), but this is on you. |
