Topic: Bats
Discussion: Fast Pitch Bat

I've played both F.P. & S.P. for years & used the same bats, There's basically no difference. A bottle bat may help if your jammed in F.P., but I've seen very few players use them over the years. You could simply choke-up or use a shorter bat. My preference is a standard type. The end weight of these I believe helps get the "bat head out" or snap the end of the bat to the hitting zone. It all depends on hitting style.
