Discussion: Overlap Grip

Seasons over no fall ball. I am experimenting with the overlap grip doing dry swings.

Does this grip change the plane of your swing? I used to have a level swing but in using both a wiffle ball bat and my normal bat going at half speed, it appears that I now have a slight upper cut.

I am not dropping my shoulder and if I do a full speed swing the bat always hits my back upon completion of the follow through.

Appreciate all feedback.

Will turn 59 next year and am wondering if they are worth the money for someone like me. I have some power and would like to keep it or even add to it. What are the best ones?
