A good friend and team mate of mine, Nick Fricchione from the 55 NY Motion team, was recently injured very seriously by a batted ball while he was pitching practce to a friend. He was hit on the left side of his forehead and is now in a coma after operations to relieve the pressure.
How many more men are going to be injured before the many organizations and companies that manufacture the hard balls and juiced bats and tournaments that allow this equipment to be used will it take for everyone to wake up and see that we can still have fun at the game we all love without all this high tech equipment.
To the people in position to make a difference please help us to find a solution to this problem.
Thank you
