| Sept. 15 bogie Men's 65 448 posts | My admiration for the 70\\\'s,75\\\'s and 80 studs still playing at the World Championships! I was lucky enough to stay a couple of extra days after we finished our tourney (Roberts 2nd Major50) and I was amazed at the performance and sportsmanship of these older divisions. Really inspiring. I shot some video footage and had to laugh at hearing some of the same lines and seeing some of the same intensity that the younger guys showed in our division. My father, a very good ballplayer who quit at 40, passed away at 77 and seemed so much older than these guys. Man, how he would have loved to be with a group of guys like this...where he could have kept playing as he aged....such an excellent level of ball...and its keeping you guys young.
