| Sept. 25 einstein Men's 50 3112 posts | SOME SUNDAY RESULTS.. Hey Stoneman, Great seeing you and you move pretty fast around the bases for an old man. Glad you got good brakes or you'd have run me over a couple of times at second base. Wow. Double dipping was the order of the day. Exciting stuff. All 3 California Teams got dipped. Thunder, GSF and Old A's. Ouch. Well, at least they made it to the finals which is farther than we got. Thunder, hang in there. And to Damons, Congratulations to Phil and the rest of the guys. I always enjoy seeing and playing against you. See you at the next one. |
| Sept. 25 the wood Men's 65 1123 posts | SOME SUNDAY RESULTS.. The Road Dogs completed their mission and beat Stone Age twice. That makes four of us (Calif teams) that were double dipped. We (GSF) lost ot CT Sportsplex and they truly deserved to win more than us. While we didn't play real well, the primary story was their pitcher. He was superb.
