Brain dead here...is there a ROVER allowed in SSUSA (meaning fielding 11 players?) in the 65+ brackets?

NO ... The 11th Defensive Player is allowed for ages 70+ and more senior and Women's Senior Divisions (50+ and more senior) only ... All other Ages/Divisions play 10 defensive players ...
