To get on a team you have to be boardering there state. For you its wisconsin and indiana and I think Ohio. If you look in the ratings section you can see all the teams in the 40 division. There is one for you in wisconsin. The brew crew or something like that. Look them up and maybe theyll take you on. Good luck.

In SSUSA sanctioned events, players in their 40's may play in our 40-Masters Division, but may not play in the official "senior softball" divisions, which begin at age 50+ ... We have no knowledge about what other associations may allow ...

Hey I got a guy who is 48 and wants to play some ball. He lives in Louisiana and used to play Major ball. Any 40 or 45 teams next to Louisiana want a big time hammer, give me a call and I'll let you know who it is. 317-670-0257. Or e-mail me at bigmario2568@gmail.com

Mario...contact me with his info:

Mike - Michael@vfwsoftball.com, or go to VFW Softball and select "Contact Us"

In the 40 Maj Plus division, he can play on any Maj+ team west of the Mississippi. The border state rule is different for the Maj+ division.

Out of the 12 or so Maj+ teams in the 40's, all but 1 are in California.
