| Oct. 26 STONEMAN Men's 50 535 posts | BAD BOY: These men do not need ILLEGAL BATS. MK, keeps the bats & in most cases, make the players swing his bats that he buys, from his store. 2 yrs. ago, the OLD A's, accused Rick & me of using ILLEGAL bats in RENO. I have not played in RENO, 4 five yrs. Today, Rick & I, hit my new COMBAT, A 29 oz bat. Temp. was 74 degrees. We hit Decker 44 cor balls w/ a 375 comp. Right out of the wrapper, we were hitting bombs over 340 ft. Rick & I, hit 8 balls that went 400 ft plus. MK, has some of the best 50, 55, & one great 60 yr. olds, on his team. Please, when u come to VEGAS, call me. Rick & I, will be glad to have battering practice w/ U. U can hit any of my 8 bats or 14 bats that RICK, has. I will be more than glad to hit yer bats. Let us c who, hits who's bats the farthest. BAD BOY: Please, as LECAK & LANCE B., of ISA, ABOUT ALL OF THE ILLEGAL bats that r out there. This yr alone, 17 players were accused of ILLEGAL bats in Fla. 3 men took out right suspensions & 14 other big names r waiting on the bat test on their bats. SAME OL' CRAP. Several players on Kelly's, also play on another MAJOR PLUS team. These Vegas players, won 5 WORLDS & 1 NATIONAL. ANY WAY... GOOD LUCK ... The STONEMAN |
| Oct. 27 The Shipper 1 posts | Gary19, So are yopu saying that if someone on Steele's teams from the past hit a home run with a bat that was 35 inches long and it traveled 460 feet that if they used a 34 inch bat it would have only went 310. The Shipper |
| Oct. 27 STONEMAN Men's 50 535 posts | GARY 19: 1) My friend Rick , will let u & others swing his bat(s) @ any event. 2) This past yr, in RENO, one team asked Rick, not to swing one bat. Rick, gave that team his bat to swing & used another bat. 3) Please, ask some of the OL" A's, these men have thought the same thing & r man enough to admit that they, members of the OL' A's were dead wrong. Gary, u stated, "SAD TO SEE", I do not go out & measure my shots. I use to, but, I know that it is 369' to the park' lot on field # 3. I also know, that the parking lot in left center field, behind that light post, is about 400 ft. "FOR WHAT?" I believe that the 'New" Combat is almost as good as the U-2. That is why, I posted that remark. Not to brag about myself. If, this Combat gives me over 200 swing, then the Combat, last longer 4 me than the U-2. GARY: Do u know, any of the players on M. Kelly's team? I have talked to many H.R. hitters, most of them will tell u the same thing; & that is , "players think that we use ILLEGAL BATS, all of the time. It comes w/ the territory." (being a home run hitter) GARY: U stated; "All I am saying is that logic is very flawed." This is not logic, it is fact. Teams that have & use ILLEGAL BATS, brag about their bats & can not keep their big mouths shut. MY POINT: These men hate "cheaters." I never hear Rick & Company, talk about using ILLEGAL BATS." We know, younger platers that brag about their ILLEGAL BATS. None of us, want any thing to do w/ those players. The STONEMAN.............OUT |

But mine has 400 or so swings on it now and hits as good or better than the Utlra 2, is more durable and feels better if you like end loaded and I do. Keep swinging that bat Stoney, you're gonna love it. And Ricky has an end-loaded swing like I do. Burbank doesn't. Ricky will love that bat, too. |
| Oct. 27 STONEMAN Men's 50 535 posts | GARY 19: Yes, I have seen STEELES, team play. A few times @ FUN VALLEY. They were using bats that were 36 to 38 inches long. The Kansas ALL STARS, got there butts kicked bad. GARY: Nothing personnal. Your logic is correct. I know players that do use ILLEGAL BATS. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND, WHY, THESE MEN DO. I was talking about one team & 5-6 of my friends. Several of these players never go on line. I was defending Rick. Rick, does not need my help. GARY:'but I have never heard the bragging about cheating that apparently you have." Thanks 4 that statement. I no longer assoc.' w/ those cops. Gary, could it be that I have big ears?
