TERRY & FRAN: LAST YR, the young kids throw ROCKS @ us SENIORS, when the 55's were playing @ DOC REMEO. Several players from GSF (A.I.S.) & GRIMES TRUCKING were hit w/ ROCKS, thrown form the Skate Park. 1 game was held up several times. The COPS, had to come & arrested 1-2 young men.

Will u have the POLICE out there to protect the players?
What about not using field # 5? Field # 5, is a crappy field. This infield, is well known 4 bad bounces. Just ask the 3 players that were hurt on field # 5, last yr.

I would like too second this, the field with the skate board area has produced numerous conflicts with the skaters. They will take rocks, the softballs and even climb onto the field to disrupt play.

STONEMAN & Lecak ... Have noted your concerns and am currently working on MINOR schedule revisions at Doc Romeo this evening ... Will post the changes later tonight ... Had originally scheduled 7 games on Field #5 for the 50-Gold Division, and have reduced that to 3 for the entire tournament (1 Friday, 2 Saturday and none Sunday) ... Changes involved moving Field assignments (ONLY) between the 50-Gold and the 55-AA Divisions ... NO game times and NO opponents will change, simply field numbers ... Have patience with me (your loyal Field Director!) when I get there on Friday morning and all will be well ... Good luck and thanks for the insights on that facility ... DAVE

DAVE DOWELL::: THANKS... There are many Vegas SENIORS, that do NOT want to see the same happenings of last yr. Since I live in this town, I do not want to see SENIOR PLAYERS, stop coming to town.

Our youth, @ times are misguided. Again, I & many other Vegas Players are sorry that Grimes & others had to go thru this rock throwing.

DAVE.. Please, keep the following number of the City of Las Vegas Marshals. This number can be called & City Marshals will come to any field OR fields. (702) 229-6444.

AGAIN THANKS..... The STONEMAN.......
