Nov. 16 bashbro1 Men's 70 267 posts | SSUSA Winter Worlds Seattle Climate Data November 2006 Hopefully Seattle will never put a bid in on the SSUSA Winter Worlds as bashbro1 sees it living in the Seattle suburb of Kent, WA where the SSUSA Worlds were held last Sept. Our precipitation for the month of November is running almost nine inches above normal at 11.18 inches compared to the normal 2.37 inches. November 6 set a twenty-four hour precipitation total when 3.29 inches of precipitation fell breaking the previous record of 0.99 inches set in 1980. We had 5 inches of rain on another day during the month of Nov. Atmospheric scientists living here in Kent fully expect the total rainfall for the month to exceed 15 inches when it’s all said and done. In this case there will be more done than said. The annual precip averages only about 37.19 inches here in Seattle. bashbro1 wet and wild while living across the street from the @Russell Road Softball Complex. |
