Dec. 15 Lecak Men's 60 1026 posts | Bat economics If you can pruchase a Miken NRG for $299 with a warranty for one year what you have is basically 2 bats for $150.00. In the price is costs for prcessing 2 orders, 2 UPS charges, among other things. It is not my company but why not offer 2 Combats for $299.00 and ship them at the same time or 2 Ultra II advanced. I'm certainly on the outside looking in but the cost to mfg a bat has to be similiar for each company. Some sort of bulk discount. |

If the buyer were to admit to hitting the bat in 30 degree weather his claim would probably also be denied. I think that the bat companies should charge about $165-$195 for a no return bat. Maybe they should offer returnable bats for $299 and nonreturnable bats for $175! I would buy the $175 bat and use it only for games, not bp. |
