Anyone had a cervical fusion? Did you get back playing normally? How long till you got back playing? Good/not so good stories???

I had one in 2001. I was back playing again in about three months although I would say it took a year to regain the strength in my right arm. If I recall correctly. For me it was a great decision.

I also had neck fusion surgery and was back playing within 6 months. I would agree it took about a year to get back to full strength but have had no issues since. This was in 2005. Very glad I made the decision as well.
