Tournament of Champions 2007 DRAFT Schedules & Brackets have been posted and are now available from the links on the Home Page ... A few comments regarding the scheduling follow:

1. These are DRAFT Schedules & Brackets and, accordingly, are subject to revision. They become 'final' only when released officially at the Manager's Meeting on Thursday evening, February 22nd.

2. Teams are scheduled to play in either Winter Haven (Auburndale & Diamondplex) or in Lakeland (Carter Rd. & Southwest) ... All but four divisions will play at both complexes in their assigned city ... The 50/55-Major-Plus and 50-Major (Auburndale), the 55-AAA (Carter Road) and the Men’s-80s (Southwest) are the only divisions not moving ...

3. The schedule is 'balanced' in terms of having almost all divisions playing 'earlier/later' or 'later/earlier' for the Friday and Saturday sessions ... Games begin at 8:00AM each day and end after the 3:30PM games on Friday and after the 5:00PM games on Saturday ...All 97 teams will play two games on Friday prior to the TOC Banquet that evening ...

4. As many teams as possible have been scheduled to play on Sunday ... Most teams are traveling a long way, so playing all three days was a scheduling priority ... The only divisions that will have teams finishing on Saturday evening are the 60-AA (3 of 9 eliminated) and the 65-AA (2 of 8 eliminated) ...

Congratulations to all of the invited and participating teams, and Good Luck to all! ... DAVE

REVISION to Men's 70/75 Division TOC schedule has been posted and is available from the link on the Home OPage of this web site ... The changes affect only that division in the Round Robin play and were made to balance the competitive aspects of the multiple divisions therein ... DAVE
