Can a person play AA and AAA?
My understanding is that a major or major plus player can only play with those level teams throughout the year. Can a person play with both AA and AAA teams in the same year as long as it's not in the same tournament? Such as playing 60s AA in April and 60s AAA in May. Thanks.

At a minimum you would have to be released from one roster and added to the other, which I believe you can only do once a year, and then with some kind of waiting period. I don't know if there are any restrictions on playing in both classes in the same year.

I do know that SPA has a rule that keeps you from playing down from one skill level (AAA) to another (AA) when you play down in age classification (i.e., if you are playing 60AAA, you cannot play with a 55AA team).

A few months ago SPA had this rule explained on their website. I looked for it last week and found that it had been removed. You may have to call about it.
