When you submit your offical lineup card to the ump. before the game, can a team then add a player to that lineup card after the game has started from the team rooster, and let that player play?. I hope this makes sense if not i will try to explain what happened to us at the ToC ternament

I don't know about SSUSA but I would assume it would be the same. In a tournament I was in one team in a hurry left 1 player off when he turned in his lineup and they had to play with 10 fielders instead of 11.

RCB: The lineup card presented to the home plate umpire before the game MUST include ALL players that WILL or MAY appear in that game (as either a defensive player, a batter, a courtesy runner or any combination of those). Once the game begins (when the first pitch is delivered), no additions to the lineup card are permitted and no player that has been omitted from the card may participate in that game, whether or not the player is listed on the roster for that Tournament. Hope this helps.
