Dec. 16 chico senior Men's 60 134 posts | Eligibility Geno 68 - Go to tournaments link. Click on rules. Scroll down page to R/I Ratings Index. 70 Major Plus has an index of 5. 60 AA has an index of 4. That 60 AA team can pick up 3 players with a 5 index. Hope this helps. |
Dec. 16 curveball Men's 65 705 posts | Eligibility I was under the assumption a Major+ player could not play AA at any age.... |
Dec. 17 SSUSA Staff 3510 posts | Eligibility curveball - We agree, and the Rulebook addresses this circumstance (on page 24) ... On very rare occasions we have granted an exemption request allowing a player with current Major+ rating history experience to play AAA in a younger age group ... We do not recall having allowed the Major+ to AA straddle, regardless of the age group(s) involved ... __________ §4.2(7) • MAJOR-PLUS PLAYER RESTRICTION Major-Plus players may only play on Major-Plus or Major teams. Players who have no Major or Major-Plus team in their region OR players who are determined not to be Major-Plus caliber by SSUSA may request an exemption in writing. |
