| Aug. 21 magsdad Men's 60 16 posts | Fenway, I had the cervical discectomy with fusion a year ago....C34,45 and 56....was in a neck brace for 6 weeks, fully recovered in 10 months, back to playing ball in 11....I too had 2 steroid shots and to no avail, first one lasted about a week and a half and the second for a week....I am retired military here in San Diego so I had the procedure done at the Medical center...forget the steroid shots, get the surgery, I am damn glad I did.... |
