| April 17 taits Men's 65 4548 posts | Any comments on the site www.softballperformance.com? After seeing this post I went there and looked at the throw-max . However I throw side arm, and do not feel that at my age I need to try another method. for me side arm is easier on the shoulder and having had the rotator cuff worked on both arms, I'll let a youngster try it out. |
