May 21 gonz 51 posts | Hi Gang, Just wanted to find out if this sunglasses are good. I know the are polarized and come with 2 other replacement lenses. Are they good to play with? Are they comfortable? Is it easy to change the lenses. thanks in Advance Sherwin Gonzales Hawaiians #35 |
May 21 DaveDowell Men's 70 4321 posts | Gonz ... I have that three-lens Miken set ... [1] I generally don't change out the lenses because I don't often feel the need ... Weather/sunlight is fairly constant here in California ... [2] The comfort level is above average, but honestly not as much comfy (or as lightweight) as my Tanel 360 "cheapie" sunglasses ... [3] First couple of times I DID change the lenses, I was fumbling a bit, but after that, not a problem ... Good luck! |
May 22 gonz 51 posts | thanks Dave, I'm gonna try it out see how I like it and figure out how to change the lenses. mahalo Sherwin Gonzales Hawaiians #35 |
May 22 DaveDowell Men's 70 4321 posts | One other little suggestion .. Get one of those "dry cloth" lens cleaners ... They work great, especially after you get your fingerprints all over the lens when you change them! |
May 22 ETDave 31 posts | Gonz I have the Miken's and like them. They come with a lens cleaning cloth. |
May 22 gonz 51 posts | Hi ETDave, how do you change the lense, do you pull of the nose pad or just pull the lense out. Was looking at videos but none was for the miken glasses. thanks Sherwin Gonzales Hawaiians #35. |
May 22 ETDave 31 posts | The frames flex enough that you can just pull them out. Nothing to take off. It's easy after you do it a time or two. |
