June 23 DaveDowell Men's 70 4323 posts | Because there isn't a "AA" Rating division in either of those age groups ... The lowest rating for both (and also the 85+ Division) is AAA, which coincidentally, is the same with the 40-Masters Men (for an entirely different reason!) |

Aug. 24 crewmember Men's 65 13 posts | How does someone get added to Hall of Fame status? |
Aug. 25 SSUSA Staff 3505 posts | crewmember ... Your question is a little bit off topic for this thread, but we'll answer it anyway ... The Senior Softball Hall of Fame (SSHOF) is administered by the SPA (Softball Players Association) organization ... In summary, players are nominated through an application and supporting documents package for consideration, and if they meet the screening criteria for induction in any of the applicable categories, may be elected and inducted annually ... The voters are the living members of the SSHOF plus a "Delegate" voter from each of the principal softball associations ... All of the nomination forms, and complete instructions on the process, can be found at www.sshof.org ... Good luck! |
