just joe ... National Rules Committee makes all rules amendments, and they will not be meeting prior to the Winter National's (Florida) or Winter World's (Arizona) in early/mid-November ... You may always play a middle infielder right now by playing a three-man outfield ... Please submit written correspondence (via email or conventional mail) to the National Rules Committee at the Sacramento at the Home Office if you would like to propose changes ... Thanks!

Would like to see the 11 man defense in all age groups!
