How do you plan for travel when you dont know dates/game times till the last days leading up to the event for traveling teams and time away from work? Lol

Here's the official SSUSA travel advisory that has been in effect for many years: Plan your travel as though you will be playing in the first game of the day on Day 1 (typically at 8:00 AM) and that you will be fortunate enough to win the "If" game on Day 3 (typically at 3:30 PM). Please be aware that Championship Day normally experiences some schedule slippage as the games rise in significance.

Dave I think the biggest issue for a lot of people is the fact that most people in our age group still work. Some people need to salvage as much time (hours) at work as possible especially the guys that live locally. Some other people need to make travel plans that may include other people outside of themselves. Knowing that you’re playing early or late plays a big part and knowing this information ASAP just helps make everything smoother. Shoot, some people like to just know who the heck they are playing as soon as they can’t find that out.

Lokahi ... The 50-AAA are playing 14 seeding pool games at Papago Park on Friday in time slots at 7:30, 9:00 and 10:30 AM (4 each) and 12:00 noon (2) ... 50-Major seeding pool play commences at 12:00 noon ... There is an 85.71% chance both of your games will be in two of the three earlier slots and a 14.29% chance one of them will be at noon ... If you are in one of the Noon slots, you will not be in a 7:30 AM slot ... No teams in your division made a timely late start request, so the schedule system will randomly assign specific field/time slots later this weekend ...

The top TWO seeded teams will earn first round bracket byes and will be concluded for Friday ... The other 12 teams in the division will play one bracket game each AT MOUNTAIN VISTA PARK in time slots at either 4:00 or 5:30 PM ... All Saturday and Sunday play will be at Papago Park .. Your opponents for Friday pool games are Maher Homes Nebraska Elite 50's and Sin City Warriors (NV) ... Hopefully this addresses your information curiosity ... Good luck! ...

I didn't skip you on purpose papajoe56 ... Just didn't see it yesterday as I was being bashed around like Chuck Wepner by a few of the REALLY impatient types here! ... All seeding games are posted ... Good luck!

I apologize if you thought I was being impatient. It's not easy being disabled and trying to schedule care and therapies for my daughter who is special needs. They require 1 weeks notice.

Have a nice day.

coach ... That thought never crossed my mind ... You have your priorities in the proper order with family first and everything else lined up in a pretty much irrelevant order thereafter ... No worries here at all, and good luck on all fronts! ... Thanks ...
