new team
Hopefully someone can answer this for me. Can you just put together a team to play in a national tournament, such as the eastern nationals and not play in any other tournaments all year long? This would be a team that has never played senior ball before.

Some have qualifier that you must have played in, others all you need to do is play your entry fee. Contact the tourney director of the one you wish to attend and go from there. Good luck

grumpy55- I think you can put together a new team for any ssusa tournament except for the 2 nationals (east and west) and the world championship. You get to those by playing in another qualifier before then so that your team can be rated fairly. Call the ssusa office in California to be sure, but I think that's the way it works for ssusa.
