Discussion: Pool Players for tournaments in CA, AZ, Nevada & Utah

I have been playing in Rhode Island for teams such as "NASSA" Flooring which won the 2006 National Championship In Fort Myers. I have also played for another RI team named the "Cozy Grill".

I still play but am now 76. Individual players who could vouch for me would be your Hall of Famer "Jackie" Robinson as well as a member of "Fairway Ford" named Robert "Duf" Sfreddo.

I am aware that it is usually full teams that enter a tournament. That said, I am wondering if there is ever any opportunity to show up individually at a tournament and sign up as a pool player who could be used by any team needing a player for any reason.

I am currently in California, will be in Florida for the month of April and will then return home to RI thereafter thru next winter.

Can anyone answer this question for me and offer any tips that I can use?

Thanks, guys, for any info you can send my way.

Mike

Mike ... I suggest you call the Sacramento Home Office of SSUSA at (916) 326.5303 during weekday mornings in the Pacific Time Zone and ask for either Anthony or Tiffany ... They are the eligibility folks most qualified to walk you through your options ... Responses you may get here will very likely have a broad range of probability factors for being reliable or accurate ... Good luck! ...

Log onto Huntsman World Senior Games and click on sports
then click on team finder then you can add your name for
an individual looking to join a team for the games which
are held the 1st week of Oct. in Saint George, Utah.
Good Luck
