Wanting to get on a SSUSA tournament team, Roy could run and field but not hit at the proper level. He developed a focus of good hip and shoulder rotation, pulling the lead arm within the rotation to the point of contact with good follow thru for improved consistency and much higher ball exit speed. SM 173 all shows free and accessed off youtube or www.sportstechnique.com
