What is the SSUSA standard for posting the teams and brackets online? I have seen several recent tournaments, especially in Texas, where the teams and brackets just aren't posted.

Is it the director of that tournament who has that responsibility?

The simple answer is "YES" ... The more complex answer is two-fold ... [1] We automatically post the Participating Teams List on the tournament page for the respective events ... [2] We will do the same if/when the game scores and bracket results are sent to Sacramento ...
