YEP! ... Been working five of them simultaneously and in the general chronological order of starting dates ... If teams would stop the "late withdrawal" exercise, they all would probably be done by now ... Schedules are ALWAYS published in plenty of time, even for those who may have some difficulty recognizing the difference between when they WANT something as opposed to when they may actually NEED it ...
1. Southern Championships (22) ✔️
2. Northern Championships (32) ✔️
3. Top Gun Summer Classic Qualifier (50) • In progress (Wednesday morning)
4. Rocky Mountain Championships (86) • In progress (tomorrow or Friday likely)
5. Rochester (MN) 10,000 Lakes (29) • In progress (later today likely)

Quick update before jumping into the Rocky Mountain's tomorrow ...

10,000 Lakes required TWO re-writes today AFTER the Ver. 1 schedule had been submitted for final review ... One for the late withdrawal last evening by the Iowa Demons 50-Major and then mid-day today, AFTER Ver. 2 had been submitted for final review, by the withdrawal of the 65-AAA Playmakers (IA) ...
• Not to be outdone, the Northern's required a re-write today due to the withdrawal this morning by the 50-AAA Milwaukee's Best (WI) ... That was after they contacted me directly for a Later Start Request (that was granted), but then they waited until the morning after the schedule was approved and posted online last night to bail ...
• And to complete the Tri-fecta, in the Top Gun Summer Classic, a late withdrawal by the 60-AAA 2 Out Nightmare triggered another re-write ...

And I bet some of you guys thought this tournament withdrawal epidemic is all fun and games! ... Ha!

Hey Dave, it appears there are only 2 60 major plus teams in the Rocky Mountain tournament. Anyway you can schedule their tournament to finish on Saturday? :) Appreciate the consideration.

AZRealtor ... I have you in mixed pool play with the three 55-Major teams (full RR) prior to the splits ... I'll look at it, and if it works, plan on a long day Saturday ... Thanks for asking in advance!

Dave you worry me when you say plan for a long day Saturday. You are thinking like 4-5 games in a day are you?

For sure Billy and if he can't they have 25 guys on the roster and it's a two teamer. I'm sure they will be OK.

The DRAFT Schedules and Brackets set posted at 4:45 PM PDT on Friday ... It was delayed a bit because we had a 55-AAA team bail out earlier this afternoon ... Good luck everyone!

That one was easy! ... Simple typo in the game time ... Second of the two games is at 1:30 PM (Master Planning Grid confirms) ...

Got that one (and same problem on Friday you were kind enough not to mention!) ... That's what I get for rushing this into the public realm trying to meet some artificial deadline before it was completely reviewed ... Lesson learned ...

I may be goofy, but it looks like B1 has some dups between the 65AAA and the 75's on Thursday.

Have fun will travel!
