As always, these DRAFT schedules are TENTATIVE, are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" when play commences ... Their departure caused the collapse of the 40/50-Gold Division and adversely affected all other divisions playing at Foskett Park ... Changes are now online (they may require a refresh of your download) and carry a revision date of 06/07/2023 ... Despite being completely outside of our causation or control, we apologize for any inconvenience ... Good luck! ... |
| June 7 SSUSA Staff 3505 posts | ADDITIONAL WITHDRAWALS • Two more teams have withdrawn today, one at each of the venues, and the required revisions are online ... At Foskett Park, the 50-AAA Division has been reduced from six to five teams because of the departure of Rolfe & Co., citing injuries as the reason ... At the Sacramento Complex, The departure of the Quicksilver 60's (AAA) is a bit more confusing ... We received their check in the proper amount in late May, with 'NorCal Championships' on the Memo line ... We had multiple telephone discussions over roster composition issues in order to successfully avoid a rating increase ... But after posting the DRAFT schedules yesterday, this morning's call from the manager indicated his sincere (and adamant) insistence that they never entered the event, so we took them out! ... Next up should be a clarification call from Rod Serling ... |
