My team paid their entry fee but we didn't get a list.
Why aren't teams listed on the tournament website as has
been the normal in the past?

I see it now- There was a message attached to your "conditional" payment-

[TEAM NAME] entry fee for Westminster tourney.
We are not yet at a roster of 11 but we are trying.
If we cannot get enough guys to go please use our entry fee for the Eastern Nationals. I will advise on our progress. [COACH NAME]

Just so we're on the same page, this is part of the hold up on the Bert Bennett / Westminster schedule writing. I would appreciate it if [COACH NAME] could give me a firm IN, or OUT by 12pm tomorrow.
My email is Tim@SeniorSoftball.com

Regarding the Eastern Nationals, that is an event hosted by the SSUSA National Office. You'll need to enter through them and pay the entry fee directly to them. 916.326.5303

Still Got Wheels- Thanks for providing the opporunity to VENT

I'd like to thank the 4 teams who waited until TODAY to drop out of the tournament. Very kind of you- It's not like I haven't wasted time looking for additional parks, additional umpires & staff rooms to cover the team needs. It's not like teams on the waiting list have now missed an opportunity to play. It's not like I haven't already placed awards orders.

The answer your question- "Schedule?" is- No.
I'm going back to the drawing board on the schedule while also looking to see if I can get deposits back and awards modified.

Tim, unfortunately the NorEasters are still looking for more players. I have a roster of 21 players but
only have 10 bodies to go to Westminster. We are still looking for players but if we can't find at
at least 1 or 2 more players by Tues PM we will not be able to come. Wish us luck. Not that you need to know but here is what I'm dealing with (11 players): sick wives, sick sister, knee problems, eye injury, college orientation, vacation, heart problems and a death in the family (as of today).

All-

Schedules should now be in the email box for all managers. I've sent the same to SSUSA and ask that they post the schedule to the tournament page tomorrow when they're back in the office.

NorEasters have contacted me saying that they've found at least one more player to help them field a team. They could use another, but have avoided the "forfeit" situation.

This message was included with the email sent to managers, but it's worth repeating- Food trucks have been lined up for Fri, Sat & Sun during the tournament. Nothing has been finalized for Thurs yet but I'll keep working on it. My experience with food truck operators is that they generally arrive when they feel like arriving and leave when they feel like leaving.... My point? Prepare for the worst case scenario- Bring water, gatorade and snacks with you just in case.

Other options-
1.5 miles to the right of the complex is Maryland Mallet. Great local restaurant.
1.5 miles to the right is a convenience store, a Subway and a Dairy Queen.
