| July 14 JohnO28 Men's 50 116 posts | Wouldn't it be much easier for SSUSA to set up online payments for tournaments, is this something that is being discussed? If not it should be, it wouZld make it easier on everyone all around. We are already getting charged 4% fees for using CC if we call in to register and give our CC info over the phone. It would cut down on phone calls, snail mail into the main office and steam line everything. That way teams would have the option to pay via CC or even a cash app like PP or Venmo or Zelle instead of having to transfer money from team accounts like those cash apps. They could then implement it being "live" registration like most other associations have so you can see who has already registered to play that event instead of having to wait until registration is closed and then when and if the registered teams get posted. |
