| Aug. 4 Jostens 2 posts | Jostens Championship Ring Order Forms Greetings I wanted to let you know that the address on the Jostens SSUSA Ring championship order forms may have the incorrect mailing address on them. I had moved after these order forms were printed and sent to SSUSA. The post office is to forward the mail to my current address but this isn't happening on a regular basis and your order may be lost or returned to you. To avoid delays, please email your orders to me but if you choose to mail, please mail your completed order forms to: Karen Gallea - Jostens 3223 S Relic Ridge Drive St George UT 84790 If you ordered a ring and sent your order via mail to a different address than above, please email me at karen.gallea@jostens.com to make sure I have received it.
