If you are "AVERAGE" player who happens to be on a team who wins a tournament in the 55 AA or AAA. Is your playing career over because you are forced up and are not good enough to play on a Major or Major+ team. Maybe this is why teams are dwindling and there are SO FEW TEAMS in the Major and Major+ divisions. Shouldn't you be able to play SOMEWHERE. Why can't an individual play at a level where he can compete (not be a star). Why can't he play on a lower level 50 or 55. I just think some of these rules need to be revisited. Just trying to get some thought and discussion on the matter.

You don't have to move up. It's the team that has to move up if more then a stated amount of players stay on the team which differs with each rating organization. If you can find a lessor team to play with you can do it. Each year is a different year unless you are on the impact player list (if it exists).
