If you play or have played in the WSA, well the word is they folded. And the big bad bat they pushed from Boombah is now worthless. So if any of you even thought of buying a Boombah bat (a very bad idea mind you) then better check it out.
Stick with SSUSA, ASA for your leagues and in terms of bats keep true the brands you know and trust.
Boombah – if you are reading this you should buy back every one of those sticks from the customers you just ripped off !!!

Why would WSA folding render a bat worthless.

WSA is the only league that allows the bat. It was a business deal between WSA and Boombah that went south.

CE Composites only. Combat and Rip It are out of the picture on this one.

I do believe the WSA directors were selling these bats as dealers as part of this arrangement with Boombah. If that is the case, you would certainly have to believe that Boombah was aware that the WSA was going under and did nothing about it. Especially in the final few weeks, they had to know that it was coming to an end.

If all of this is true, I think it is shameful of Boombah to have continued to sell these bats and take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Lucky for Boombah this is softball and not wall street, or this type of thing would get them in all sorts of trouble.

Boombah needs to make things right and buy these bats back from a customer. I for one will think twice about giving my money to a company that is willing to mislead and take advantage of its customers like this.

Someone in SO CA has taken over what's left of WSA and is renaming it ESA. They will allow the Boombah bat.

ESA has taken over WSA .
BOOMBAH was a sponsor of an event/organization just like Pepsi or Nike sponsoring an event. The fact WSA went wrong has nothing to do with BOOMBAH.In fact with ESA taking over we will continue to suport the new organization. As far as customer service and the way BOOMBAH does business I'm pretty confident by what I hear and read we are doing a great job.
Just look at the uniforms the big open MAJOR teams wear 90% of them are Boombahs. We currently outfit 2,500 plus tournament teams with some of the best pants-bags-turfs-dri fits-batting glovrs-pullovers on the market.

theking00,
I have one of their roller bags, bought direct from Chris, it's a good bag, but the wheel are flat now. When I posted my reply the guy was still one for a while after, yet never replied, not good.
And here I thought the king died some time ago. lol.
