| Sept. 3 the wood Men's 65 1123 posts | Stone: GSF will be there but we're waiting for J. Thayer to answer a personal email that we sent to him. In it, we asked which fields that the 55 major + division will use this year. We're tired of playing @ Freedom Park, where we have played the past 2 years. We have been told in the past that they will 'spread the wealth' somewhat... move the other divisions to Freedom. Do you have any insight on this issue? BW |

| Sept. 3 STONEMAN Men's 50 535 posts | BIG BAD BOB... That's STONEMAN TO U. I just left Freedom Park. @ this time of yr, L.V. is seed', etc all of there fields. I can tell u this, the fields @ Freedom r look' very good. I will try & go out tonight & inspect all 4 fields just 4 u. 20 minutes ago, Freedoms fields were be' watered & this was @ 1:00 pm. The City, has fenced all entrances to all of the Citys fields. Bob, u should come & have ur team play. The fields @ FREEDOM, will be the best in 5 to 10 yrs. The STONEMAN......... DWGGGGGG U OUT.... |

| Sept. 3 the wood Men's 65 1123 posts | Stone: As I stated in the very first line, GSF will be there. I'd just like the LVSSA to make good on its previous statements regarding field assignments. They told us last year that we'd play @ Lorenzi and then, after the Friday rain, they moved us back to Freedom. GSF has -played in the LVSSA every year since its inception (2002), except for 2003 when it followed the SPA (back to back weekends). We will continue to support the many men and women in LV that give of their time. But we do expect an answer from J. Thayer. I don't make statements that I can't fulfill, back up, etc. I merely want the same in return. For what it's worth, J. Thayer wasn't the president at the time the statement was made. Bob Woodroof |
