I witnessed something this last weekend in Austin, Texas playing in a benefit tournament. The San Antonio 50\\\'s were playiny Relentless and the shotstop on the 50\\\'s came in VERY HARD AND VERY HIGHat 2nd base . The first time CANDY the second baseman let it go, but the 2nd time when it happened and I saw this one was, WAY TOO HIGH AND COULD OF REALLY HURT CANDY,Candy came up swinging and then it was broke up by Gino the umpire, We all play this game because we love it and we all have to go to work on Monday, THERE IS NO PLACE IN OUR SPORT FOR THIS TYPE OF PLAYER. WE HAVE WITNESSED THIS SHORTSTOP DOING THE SAME THING ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. Why is this player allowed to keep playing. One of these times someone is going to get really hurt or crippled and then it will be too late to remove him from the game. He is a really good ballplayer and does not need to play this way. He should be thrown out of SSUSA and any other senior program AND BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF, Candy, glad you were not hurt bad ! Play the game the right way and with CLASS. JUST WANTED TO GET THIS OFF MY CHEST, THANKS FOR LISTENING !

Sorry about my spelling, it was way too early for me. It was the San Antonio 50's not the San Antonio 50W 's

I would tell you that if you or someone does not give
the TD or Terry a name they can not do anything about it.
We can not ask the TD or Terry to take action unless we take some action ourselves.

Wes, Action was taken, the TD called the police because the catcher said he doesn't fight , he has a gun ! Police came talked to the catcher check his car and left. Nothing was said to the shortstop or manager. It almost got ugly !
