I come to this site to read about factual softball. Who care if Bubba want to hit with the Ultra, who cares if the bases are moved to 70 feet and who cares if “rabbits” are used for slow runners. What we have in common is a desire to play this game. BTW, as long as the rules apply to both teams then the competition still remains on the field. I have been an outlaw league director for more years than I care to remember and I make up the rules. If you don’t like the rules that I have put in place then play somewhere else or start your own league is what I have told numerous teams and individuals. Surprisingly, most still play in my over 30 outlaw league with 3 homers and then an out, cuz, “Boys just wanna play”. IMO, Thread-stealers are selfish morons. Not always, mostly they are just ignorant. I guess we can thank Microsoft (mainly) for indoctrinating an entire generation with their warped pseudo-standards. The regular stuff like raising a family, wife, mom, all that stuff. + She was a Christian author with her words used from the pulpit around the globe for good cause, hope, and encouragement, an inspiration to many. It was incredible the amount of letters and momentos I found after she passed from people all over the planet who's lives this quiet little woman touched. + Original member of a new church in the community which she served over 60 years as church secretary along with any other way she could help. + One of the orignial members and founders of the Christian radio station in San Francisco. + For well over 20 years she worked with/helped/served children with dissadvantages impairments, social, mental, and physical. The kind of kids society tends to forget about or look right through. Sometimes she'd bring them to our home so we could give them a pep talk, encouragement and support just to let them know they counted and somebody cared. If you'd lived in our area chances are she would have brought you over too. If I were to be able to show her your posts she'd smile and tell me she'd be praying for you. My Dad was a bull of a man that had pretty much the same resume. Played softball until he was closer to 70 than 60 at a time there was no such thing as Senior ball still going out there against the kids. He would have prayed for you too. I'm just not sure if it would have been before - or after he kicked your @ss. So - those are the people you want to disparage, go ahead - for you it fits. Hopefully, we'll get a chance to meet and you can see how their son turned out. And just how is it you choose to use your talent and words Gary? |

Your reaction usually says it all. Let's see - your reaction to their reaction to your reaction to their reaction to your reaction, etc. It's like a never ending berserk game. It didn't happen/exist while you were off the board, what a coinsidence. What could have possibly been the catalyst there. You can blame einstein and point fingers at anyone else on the board. You're like a little child wanting to play with the bigger kids. If you can't you'll just tag along being a nuisance until you elicit an angry response. It's almost like you've been surrounded by women and only learned to argue, argue, spin the words and argue some more until you find something else to point your finger at. Why don't you try NOT being a pest, post topics and responses straight up without taking a shot at whichever individual is involved or mocking what someone elses viewpoint is. THE PROBLEM IS THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU LIKE. You ENJOY the problems you cause others and rubbing it in their face until they react. It's like dealing with a child. |
