| Nov. 10 AirMexican34 Women's 40 4 posts | Hey All You 'Seasoned Ballplayer's the time is finally here, so dust of those cleats, re-oil that favorite glove, and grab a bat because softball is back!!! After much discussion and consideration on the part of Armando Acosta with USSSA So Cal softball, Armando has agreed to introduce a new program for So Cal softball player's. A 40+ Division for Women. Or feel free to email me and I will send you additional information (I will be handing-out flyer's for the upcoming events.) Most of the rules are the same as regular USSSA with a few minor exceptions. This division is still very competitive allowing players to slide and dive to both second and third base, there is a commitment line at home and a separate place for runners to run through making this a force play, you are allowed a runner each inning, and small-balls are used. It is just more competitive for our age bracket and will hopefully bring more of friends from the past back into the sport. So please let all your softball buddies know that it is time to play ball, or as I like to say' Women's Softball is back In-Motion!
