Batting practice equipment
For snow bound New Yorker ------ Purchase the following equipment for basement or garage use. 1--- Wiffle bat & 1 dozen foam tennis balls & batting tee Hitting these foam tennis balls will increase your hands and eyes coordination . You will not break anything, you could have someone (soft toss) balls for you. Swinging a (wifflebat) 2-3 times a week (50-l00 swings) will definitely increase your bat speed (Based on Ray Demarini's THE SECRET TO ULTIMATE BAT SPEED) IT WORKS. Bat speed is the answer to hitting, whether its singles or home run.
