Jan. 10 Sisavic 190 posts | What Would You Change in Senior Softball – A Summary What Would You Change in Senior Softball – A Summary Thanks for the overwhelming response -- over 150 recommended changes! This makes the job of selection a few difficult. Here’s my shot at a summary of your recommendations. The following are just headlines. I will put each headline in a separate posting so you can add further comments. 1. Play More Innings per Game (Hopefully 7). 2. Have More Teams at Tournaments to Fill the Divisions. 3. Better Communication about Rules and Policies. 4. Other Items – Smaller Issues Worth Considering. I eliminated some items because they have little chance of being implemented, such as eliminating time limits for all games, making “all” rules for “all” associations the same, awarding free travel to TOC for winners of Nationals, banning all the new bats such as the Ultra II, etc. I’ll present these issues to the full Players Advisory Board and they’ll decide what to present to the Summit Associations members. I’m sure the associations will seriously consider all Player Advisory Board recommendations.
